Someday, I really need to get back to taking pictures and posting them here for fun.

I really think the problem was that goddamned *ART* teacher/class I had. it really killed my passion for photography having this asshole tell me what was and was not a worthwhile photograph even if I could see the beauty in my own work.

I have officially decided that *ART* is not for me. I will be a hobbyist, who makes art (note the lowercase and informality) for fun. Which is what I think is really the point.

Fuck all those people like my teacher who tells people they aren't good enough because they aren't SUPER FUCKING SERIOUS!!!! I will forever maintain that if you aren't  having fun, you're probably doing it wrong. something of beauty comes from someone who cares. And it is damn hard to care when you're only worried about creating something perfect. Revel in the imperfections. They create uniqueness.

Life needs beauty. We should not forget that.
